My Caesar chicken bake turns classic Caesar salad flavors into an easy one-pan dinner! Juicy chicken is smothered in creamy dressing, topped with parmesan and buttery crushed croutons, and baked to golden, cheesy perfection.

Why This is Your New Go-To Dinner
- Weeknight Magic: Just 5 ingredients, one pan, and 35 minutes, this recipe practically makes itself!
- Amazing Flavor & Texture: Every bite is packed with bold Caesar flavor and a buttery crouton crunch you’ll crave again and again.
- A Family Win: This one’s always on repeat at my house! I love serving it with baked potatoes, a green veggie, or buttery rice, and a simple salad for a meal everyone gets excited about.
Ingredients for This Caesar Chicken Bake

- Caesar Dressing: Store-bought bottled dressing makes this recipe so easy, but feel free to make my homemade Caesar dressing if you prefer. Serve extra dressing on the side for dipping!
- Use Fresh Parmesan Cheese: Skip the pre grated kind if you can, it won’t melt as smooth or taste as bold.
- Croutons: I used Caesar flavored, but any will work!
- Chicken Thickness: For the best results, make sure your chicken breasts are about 1 inch thick. If they’re too thick, pound them down with a meat mallet so everything cooks evenly.
How to Make This Caesar Chicken Bake
Think of this like your favorite Caesar salad, just warm, hearty, and way more filling! The creamy dressing keeps the chicken juicy and packed with flavor, while the parmesan and buttery crouton topping bakes up golden and crispy. The hardest part? Waiting for it to come out of the oven!
- Prep: Preheat the oven to 350ºF, then spray the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish with non stick cooking spray. Place the chicken breasts in the prepared pan.
- Dressing: Pour the Caesar salad dressing evenly over the chicken breasts, making sure the chicken is completely covered.Â
- Cheese: Then, sprinkle grated Parmesan evenly over the dressing.Â
- Croutons: Crush in a large Ziplock bag using a rolling pin, then pour in the melted butter and mix to combine. Sprinkle it evenly on top of the cheese.
- Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes or until the internal temperature of the Caesar chicken reaches 165ºF. Use a meat thermometer to check.

Alyssa’s Recipe Tips
Use a thicker Caesar dressing: It coats the chicken better, keeps it juicy, and gives you a richer finish that doesn’t slide off.
