Jana Kramer Reveals Her Career Regrets to Support Her 3 Chil…

Moms would do anything to provide for their kids — and Jana Kramer is no exception.

The actress and musician, 41, spoke with Fox News Digital about how she has taken on certain jobs in order to pay her bills and support her three children, including some she regrets.

“I mean there’s definitely some things, some ads that I’m like, ‘Oh, I wish I could have gone back and maybe not done that ad,’ ” Kramer admitted. “But you know, you learn and you go back and you go, ‘All right, I’m not gonna do that one again.’ You know?” 

“Sometimes when you gotta pay that child support check, it’s just like, ‘Well, this is good check money. I’m gonna take this,’ ” she added.

Kramer shares daughter Jolie, 9, and son Jace, 6, with her ex-husband Mike Caussin. She also shares a 1-year-old son, Roman, with husband Allan Russell, whom she wed last year. 

Kramer spoke to Fox News Digital for a joint interview with Jessie James Decker to promote their song collaboration “Do It in Heels.”

When Decker, 37, asked Kramer if any of her ads for sex toys — which she promoted on Instagram in 2023 — were included in her regrets, the One Tree Hill alum admitted, “Yeah,” before she and Decker broke out in laughter. 

“And I’m not gonna do it again,” she continued. “I’m like, okay, I’m good now. Like, we’re good, we’re leveling up to a different [place].”

“And more so, just like, my husband doesn’t love it, you know? The whole thing,” added Kramer.

The Whine Down with Jana Kramer podcast host attributed taking on regretful jobs here and there to the pressure “to provide” for her kids.

She said making sure her three children are taken care of often takes higher priority than other things. 

“I think for me, again, I have child support checks. I am a sole provider, where I have a lot of pressure on my shoulders to provide for my kids,” she explained. “And so I think that piece of it sometimes outweighs my moral compass.”

“There’s nothing wrong with it. You’re good,” Decker then told Kramer, stating that it could be worse. “We could be on OnlyFans, but we’re not, right?” she said, referring to the online platform, which is utilized by a large number of sex workers for digital content.

Kramer further explained that she has drawn the line in terms of jobs she would take for money, stating, “There’s a level where I don’t want to go to.”
