Greatness is within reach for anyone willing to take the right steps, and this has been my journey, inspired by none other than Dr. Dennis Kimbro. Long before we ever met in person, Dr. Kimbro’s books served as my guide. His words spoke to me, challenging me to think bigger, aim higher, and refuse to settle for anything less than greatness. I absorbed his teachings, and before I knew it, I had manifested what he taught me virtually.
Eventually, our paths crossed, and what an incredible moment that was. To my surprise and honor, Dr. Kimbro asked me to produce his “Think & Grow Rich” project. This opportunity wasn’t just a meeting of minds; it was the physical manifestation of what I had envisioned through his teachings.
Dr. Kimbro, like many of the great achievers he writes about, showed me that success is a mindset, a lifestyle. The same principles he shared with me, through his books and in person, are the ones I now live by and share with others. Success is not something that happens overnight—it’s a journey, one that requires dedication, focus, and learning from the best.
One of the greatest lessons from Dr. Kimbro’s teachings is this: “If you want to be great, you must walk side by side with those who are already great.” This simple, powerful idea is at the heart of everything I’ve accomplished. Surrounding yourself with the right people, learning from their wisdom, and applying those lessons to your own life is the key to achieving success.
And that’s exactly what I did.
I focused on finding out what makes the great great. Dr. Kimbro had done the work of interviewing some of the most accomplished people in the world—people like Bob Johnson, Ben Carson, Mae Jemison, and so many more. And what did they all have in common? A refusal to settle for mediocrity, a commitment to lifelong learning, and the courage to dream big.
Now, I have the honor of producing one of Dr. Kimbro’s most important projects, bringing full circle the lessons I learned from him. My journey is proof that when you follow these principles, greatness is inevitable.
As I move forward with the “Think & Grow Rich” project, I’m reminded every day that success is not just about achieving your dreams—it’s about helping others achieve theirs as well. Dr. Kimbro taught me that, and now it’s my turn to pass those lessons on to you.
