Pete Davidson and Elsie Hewitt have made a major move in their relationship.
Days after news about their romance broke, the couple went Instagram official on Thursday, March 20, with Hewitt posting an intimate video of the Saturday Night Live alum to the social media platform.
For the clip, shared to Hewitt’s Stories, the model began by filming a 13-inch television, which had a retro episode of the Nickelodeon animated hit Rugrats playing on its VCR. As the opening credits ended and the cartoon’s music played, Hewitt panned the camera over to a smiling Davidson, with the jokester timing his entrance on cue.
Both Davidson and Hewitt laughed at the moment. And while she couldn’t be seen, Davidson was notably dressed in a white bathrobe.

PEOPLE confirmed via a source that Davidson and Hewitt were dating earlier this week. Reps for the stars have not responded to requests for comment.
The pair — he, 31, and she, 29 — were photographed on a romantic beach getaway to Palm Beach, Fla.
Shutterbugs snapped Davidson and Hewitt in the ocean, as they kissed and held hands. There was even a moment when the lovebirds touched tongues before going in for more kisses.

It’s unclear just when the two started seeing one another.
Both have previously been linked to a bevy of notable names, with Hewitt having dated Jason Sudeikis, Benny Blanco and Ryan Phillippe. For his part, Davidson counts Madelyn Cline, Chase Sui Wonders, Kim Kardashian, Emily Ratajkowski, Phoebe Dynevor, Margaret Qualley, Kate Beckinsale and Ariana Grande among his exes (plus Kaia Gerber, Cazzie David and Carly Aquilino).
Back in October, a source told PEOPLE that Davidson is “still friends with pretty much all his exes,” with the insider noting that “he’s a good guy and they root for him.”
He echoed those comments in a conversation with Page Six in February, saying that he’s had “some pretty adult relationships with some pretty amazing women” and that his breakups tend to be drama-free. “When it’s ended, it’s been cool.”

Still, dating in the public eye hasn’t been easy for the Bupkis star. During that same chat, Davidson said that he’s struggled with the scrutiny over his dating life over the years, admitting that the attention has been “pretty humiliating and upsetting.”
“Everyone is dating everyone and it’s Hollywood,” he said, referencing the dating lives of his peers including Paul Mescal, Timothée Chalamet and Barry Keoghan. “But because I’m ugly, they wrote about me.”
“I was harassed for like, five years and it made my life a living hell,” he added. “It’s embarrassing because you want people to write about your work. I was one of the youngest-ever cast members on SNL and all that got pushed to the side because of who I was dating.”
