EXCLUSIVE: Public relations and consulting firm Wolf Kasteler has elevated Allie Jenkins and Chelsea Hayes to SVP in the agency’s Los Angeles and New York offices, respectively.

This promotion reflects the trust they’ve earned from us, our clients, and the industry.”

As SVPs, Jenkins and Hayes will take on expanded leadership duties — partnering across teams to help shape agency strategy, emerging talent, and support operational excellence alongside the existing VPs which includes Lauren Appel, Christa Dallas, Caryn Leeds and Annick Oppenheim.

Her optimism, sharp instincts, and enduring dedication to mentoring have had a lasting and meaningful impact. Allie’s promotion is a true reflection of her exceptional talent, steadfast loyalty, and the promising future she holds at Wolf Kasteler.”

Hayes began her career in publicity at Slate PR in 2012, and joined Wolf Kasteler in 2019 with a clientele that extends across film, television, and theater, in addition to leading awards campaigns and working strategically with such talent as Sarah Pidgeon, Stanley Simons and this year’s Tony nominees Joy Woods and Tala Ashe. Her client list includes Elizabeth Debicki, Andrew Lincoln, Sutton Foster, Tom Bateman, Dominique Thorne, Aaron Tveit, Julia Stiles, Arian Moayed, Lilli Kay, Marianne Jean-Baptiste, Gideon Glick, Julianna Margulies, Jeremy Jordan, Lauren Ridloff, Brandon Uranowitz, Denis O’Hare and Celia Keenan-Bolger. Since joining the agency, she has also expanded her work to include bestselling authors, choreographers, and content including projects for Prime Video such as Overcompensating and Daisy Jones & The Six.

“Chelsea is an extraordinary force in the world of theater, television, and film,” said Annick Muller. “Her vision and strong dedication to award campaigns have solidified her as a trusted partner to both up-and-coming talent and seasoned industry professionals. Her leadership and ability to fuse empathy with a collaborative spirit inspires an environment where creativity thrives; and her tireless dedication has earned her a reputation as a dynamic publicist in the industry.  We look forward to seeing her impact grow even further in the years to come.”

“As the media landscape continues to evolve, our mission stays constant: empowering clients in ways that are authentic to them. We craft creative strategies tailored to each client’s journey”, said Wolf and Muller. “In addition, we’ve always believed in nurturing leadership from within — strengthening the core of who we are while embracing who we’re becoming.”
